Processing Time

Once you have placed an order,please allow 3-6 Businesss days for your order to be fulfilled and dispatched. Cuz some items are homemade, especially some imitation cream products, it would takes 2-5 days till totally dry out.. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, and another email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Delivery Timeframes

1.Domestic Orders

  • Orders fulfilled from our U.S. West Coast warehouse typically arrive within 5-8 business days after shipment.

2.International Orders

  • Orders fulfilled from our global warehouses may take approximately 14-21 business days for delivery, depending on your location and customs clearance procedures.

For all orders, the estimated delivery time will be specified on the product page.

Shipping Costs

Most of our products come with free shipping, while only a few items require a small delivery fee.
