Handmade stress balls are one-of-a-kind creations. Once made, both the ball skin and the inner filling (which can include materials like slime, clay, or similar blends) cannot be reused. Due to crafting costs, we do not accept returns or exchanges. By ordering, you agree to this. Minor Flaws Are Normal
The ball skin may have minor factory imperfections (e.g., tiny black dots, thin lines, slight odor), and fillings might contain small debris (dirt, tiny hairs, or dots). These are not covered by after-sales. We cannot guarantee perfection—consider this before ordering if you seek flawlessness.
Air and Evaporation
Tied Balls: Air/bubbles in tied stress balls are normal upon receipt. Water-based fillings (e.g., slime/clay mixes) will gradually evaporate, reducing fullness over time (natural process).
Solutions: Use the included hose needle (flexible tip for safety/customs) to re-tie/deflate. For severely flat balls on arrival, email customer service with an unboxing video.
After Use: Tied balls often accumulate air during play—deflate with the hose needle (common for this design).
Texture Differences
Handmade batches may vary in feel (due to diverse fillings like slime/clay). The product may slightly differ from visuals. We prioritize handmade quality over uniformity—proceed cautiously if this concerns you.
Sharp Fillings and Consumable Ball Skin
Some fillings may contain mildly sharp components (e.g., small textured materials). Strong squeezing could potentially pierce the ball skin, as the skin is intended as a consumable item (designed for limited use before natural wear). If this possibility concerns you, do not purchase.
Shipping & Storage Tips
Evaporation: Water-based fillings (slime/clay mixes) may slightly evaporate during transit/storage (even with vacuum sealing). Use the hose needle to refill if flattened.
Refilling (if available): For heavily evaporated balls, we may provide filling materials (if applicable).
