6.Packaging Defects
Some demolded styles may have Vaseline-dirty bags; bursting bags are normal (random replacement belts included for self-repair).
7.Stickiness Prevention
Some products are soft – prone to hand-sticking. Play in-bag; use powder (starch, setting powder, baby powder, etc.) for non-stick handling when out of bag.
8.Tactile Differences
Handmade slow-rising squishies are unique, custom-made. Materials cannot be reused (high production cost), so no returns/exchanges – ordering means acceptance. Tactile preferences vary; watch tactile demo videos before ordering. After-sales requests due to dislike of tactile feel will be rejected.
